TED is a handheld "ticket minder" which holds electronically a player's bingo tickets for a complete session. As the caller announces each number, the player types it into the large friendly keyboard. A soft "beep" indicates to the player that they're close to a win, and a short cartoon and optional sound announce the win itself.

For the first time, it enables players to easily play more than six tickets simultaneously, and has added benefits of assisting visually impaired players and attracting younger players into a club. From the operator's point of view, TED can reduce costs associated with paper tickets, and of course more tickets in play reflects in a higher prize board!

Developed jointly with GameTech International of Reno, Nevada, USA, TED is in use across America and has already been installed in a number of clubs in the UK.
